I miss my ibook, part 4

And meanwhile, in desperation, I have discovered that, at least for the short term, Dad's old iBook is functional. I don't trust it though. It's had HD errors before, it likely will again. But for now it functions. Irony? Now I got it running I don't have enough energy left to write anything. Well, except for this post. Oh, and wow, G3s are slow. Granted, still faster than 486 IBM Aptiva, but still.

I'm tempted to consider installing a newer HD on this lappy. Or maybe make it part of my long-planned server project -- a laptop would provide perfect keyboard and screen functions, could just have a big tower full of externals for it. Eh. It's almost two, I've got ACL in me, and I'm loopy. Forget I mentioned it.
