site rework

Okay, I'm violating one of my "never leave a bread trail back to your true identity" rules, but so be it. Like anyone at the big K will read or care what's here...?

Anyway, I've rehashed the blog at my other site, and so now it's a home to occasional essays and short stories. So far I'm backfilling it with stuff that is either unpublished or is no longer available on the web or in print. I've got to add a few things still of course. I intend to serialize most of my short fiction there too; there just is little/no market for it anymore anyway, so why not? My own personal eZine, for publication whenever I feel like it.

The name is a reference to the highway the server was named after; 99W starts in Junction City.
